ক্রয়ের শর্তাবলি

অর্ডার ও মূল্য

সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) দেখানো হয়। চেকআউটে দেখানো মোট অঙ্কই আপনার পরিশোধযোগ্য।
অর্ডার জমা দেওয়ার পর আমরা ফোনে বা মেসেজে তা নিশ্চিত করতে পারি। আমাদের নিশ্চিতকরণের পর অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত হয়।
পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে বা মূল্য ভুলভাবে প্রকাশিত হলে আমরা অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি। অগ্রিম পরিশোধ করা থাকলে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

পেমেন্ট

আমাদের চেকআউটে যে পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিগুলো দেখানো হয়, সেগুলোর মাধ্যমেই পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করা হয়।
মোবাইল ওয়ালেটে পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে টাকা পাঠিয়ে চেকআউটে আপনার নম্বর ও ট্রানজেকশন আইডি দিতে হবে। আমরা লেনদেন যাচাই করার পর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করব।
ভুল বা অসত্য তথ্য দিলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

ভুয়া অর্ডার

ভুয়া বা বারবার প্রত্যাখ্যাত অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা সংশ্লিষ্ট মোবাইল নম্বর থেকে ভবিষ্যতের অর্ডার গ্রহণ নাও করতে পারি।
প্রথমবার বড় অঙ্কের অর্ডার ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিতে না নিয়ে আগে পরিশোধ করতে বলা হতে পারে।

পণ্যের তথ্য

পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে দেওয়া হয়। স্ক্রিনের কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য দেখা যেতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি, রিটার্ন ও টাকা ফেরত

এসব বিষয়ের নিয়ম আমাদের ডেলিভারি ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালায় দেওয়া আছে।

প্রযোজ্য আইন ও পরিবর্তন

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
প্রয়োজনে আমরা এই শর্তাবলি পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। পরিবর্তন এই পেজে প্রকাশ করা হবে।

Terms of sale

Orders and prices

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). The total shown at checkout is what you pay.
After you place an order we may confirm it by phone or message. The order is final once we confirm it.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was published by mistake. If you paid in advance, you get a full refund.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
For mobile wallet payments, you send the money and enter your number and the transaction ID at checkout. We confirm your order after we verify the transaction.
An order may be cancelled if the payment details given are wrong or untrue.

Fake orders

For fake or repeatedly refused orders, we may stop accepting orders from the phone number involved.
For a large first order, we may ask you to pay in advance instead of cash on delivery.

Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
We may update these terms. Changes will be published on this page.
