আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

লগইন সেশনের জন্য আপনার আইপি ঠিকানা ও ব্রাউজারের তথ্য সংরক্ষিত হতে পারে।

কার সাথে শেয়ার করি

আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করতে কুরিয়ার বা ডেলিভারি পার্টনারকে আপনার নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা দেওয়া হতে পারে।
ওয়েবসাইট চালাতে আমরা হোস্টিং ও ডাটাবেস সেবাদাতাদের ব্যবহার করি, যাঁরা আমাদের পক্ষে তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করেন।
নতুন অর্ডারের খবর কর্মীদের জানাতে এবং আপনি ইমেইল দিলে আপনাকে অর্ডারের আপডেট পাঠাতে আমরা মেসেজিং ও ইমেইল সেবা (যেমন টেলিগ্রাম ও ইমেইল প্রেরণ সেবা) ব্যবহার করি।

What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address and order details.
When you pay with bKash, Nagad or Rocket: your mobile number and the transaction ID.
If you create an account: your name, email and password. We never store your actual password, only a scrambled (hashed) form of it.
For sign-in sessions, your IP address and browser details may be stored.

Why we use it

To process and deliver orders, verify payments and contact you.
To prevent fake orders and abuse. IP addresses may be used briefly for this.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information.
To deliver your order, we may give your name, phone number and address to a courier or delivery partner.
We use hosting and database providers to run this website. They store data on our behalf.
We use messaging and email services (such as Telegram and an email delivery provider) to alert our staff to new orders and, if you gave an email address, to send you updates about your order.

Cookies

We use only the cookies we need: to remember your cart, keep you signed in, and show your order confirmation page.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking.

Keeping data and your rights

We keep order and payment records for as long as accounting and the law require.
To see, correct or ask us to delete your information, contact us. We can't delete records that the law requires us to keep.
